U City appoints CBRE Thailand to rent Office Space "The Unicorn"
U City Public Company Limited announced the appointment of CBRE Thailand as the sole office leasing agent for "The Unicorn" project, a large mixed-use project located on Phayathai Road, consisting of Grade-A office space, 5-star hotels and retail areas, which can be conveniently accessed directly from the Phayathai BTS station, the Airport Rail Link Phayathai and the new BTS lines in the future. The office building has a rental area of 22,000 square meters and is designed according to the LEED Gold standard, which is an internationally accepted standard, which will be ready for decoration in the first quarter of 2022. Ms. Piyaporn Phanachet, Chief Executive Officer (3rd from the left) and CBRE (Thailand) Company Limited by Ms. Aliwassa Phatthanabutr (2nd from the left) Managing Director jointly signed the contract.
